Horizon 2020- Our Services

We provide the following services for Horizon 2020 projects:

1. The issue of Audit Certificates, whether this is a contractual obligation, or not.
   
   
2. Consulting services right from the beginning and throughout the whole duration of a project. In this way we minimise the possibility of cost disallowances in case of a subsequent EC audit.
   
   
3. We ensure that, the financial statements (Forms C) audited by us, contain the  maximum eligible costs, thus ensuring the maximum absorption of the project budgets.
   
   
4. We provide the necessary support and advice to our clients in case of an  EC audit.
   
   
5. We update our clients on any matter which we consider of importance for the smooth running of their projects and for which we are informed during our continuous engagement with Horizon 2020 and our contacts with the EC.
   
   
6. We respond  to questions set by our clients concerning issues they face in the daily running of their projects.
   
   
7. We undertake the  execution of the following:
   
   a) The establishment of appropriate time recording systems and the calculation of the eligible hourly rates of permanent staff.
   
   b) The establishment of internal procedures and policies regarding all the cost categories, in order to comply with the financial rules of H2020. 
   
   c) We provide certification on the methodology for unit cost (CoMUC). Submitting a CoMUC methodology certificate is optional (according to Article 18.1.2 of the Grant Agreement). Doing so will help prevent problems later on if a grant is audited. If the certificate is approved, costs declared in line with this methodology will not be challenged subsequently, unless the beneficiaries have concealed information for the purpose of the approval.
   
   
8. If you are a Coordinator of a H2020 project at a cross-border level, we can provide you with access to our associates abroad, who posses  grant audit experience similar to our own.
